Warranty & Returns
What we do:
- Due to the variables and potential conflicts with other 3rd party Magento modules, we offer a 15 day, money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of your purchase, simply send an email with your Order Number and purchase date, along with a refund request, to: sales@tinybrick.com.
- For most people this isn't an issue, but in select extreme circumstances and at our discretion (like if we were off chasing unicorns and rainbows too long eating up your 15-day window before answering a question you had about your purchase) we have extended this up to 60 days, but after that 60-day window our payment processor doesn't allow us to issue refunds--so please don't ask).
- We also provide great support*, and an expanding set of docs to assist with installation/troubleshooting. (http://guides.tinybrick.com/).
- If you do experience difficulty with your module, our support team is ready to attempt to duplicate the issue and verify the cause. If a bug is discovered in our module, we'll immediately add the issue to our bug list for patching. Please be prepared to:
- Provide access to the Magento installation where the module was implemented (could be a sub.domain)
- Have a list of any installed 3rd party modules, or any modifications to the Magento Core (if any), and
- Engage in a live (non-email) conversation to troubleshoot together. Live chat or a phone call is typically the best (we can also use gotomeeting for international customers).
*Except for sites associated with/dealing in adult services, gambling, illegal activities, or any other sites we deem "overly offensive" or damaging to the TinyBrick brand. We will refund, but do not support these sites. Please ask before purchasing if your site falls within these criteria.

- Provide an unlimited money-back guarantee beyond the initial 15 day window
- Compensate for all customer developer practices, skill sets, or 3rd party modules.
